Known around the Indiana University campus as the "Will Shortz of Magic," Jordan Goldklang (who goes by The Great Jordini) has designed his own college degree devoted to the secretive and mysterious art of Magic. His major (known simply as "Magic") focuses on performance, communication, and storytelling techniques, while also drawing from the schools of Business, Psychology, and Theater. Much of his material specializes in close-up presentations. Other startling effects are rooted in secrets, illusions, and the history of magic – absorbed from apprenticeships with professional magicians and from tutorial classes like History of Magic, through Indiana's Lilly Library. He is the only person to have ever majored in Magic at IU, or any other American university. Jordini's engaging performances have appeared on British television, IU functions, and private parties across America.
